Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and password (passwords are handled by our sign-in provider; we never see them).
• Membership records: your plan, status, start and end dates, and a payment reference. We don’t store card or bank numbers.
• What you save: picks, parlays and bet tickets you add to your tracker.
• Usage analytics (optional): anonymous page views and clicks tied to a random ID, not your name or email. You can turn this off on the cookie settings page, and we respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals automatically.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

To run your account and membership, show your saved picks, keep the site secure, understand which features are used, and contact you about your account. We don’t sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase — sign-in and email verification.
• Cloudflare — hosting, database and security.
• A payment processor — if you pay by card, your payment details go directly to the processor, not to us.

Who can see it

Only the SlipHound owner can see account and payment records. Your saved picks are visible only to you.

How long we keep it

We keep account and membership records while your account is open and as long as needed for payment and legal records. Anonymous analytics are kept in summary form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing support@sliphound.com from the address on your account, or by texting (626) 474-8322. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights; we’ll honor them.

Children

SlipHound is only for people 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the owner, and sign-in sessions are verified on every request. Never share your password or email links.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell members by email or on the site.
