Effective October 28, 2026. By using SlipHound you agree to these terms.
1. What SlipHound is
SlipHound provides sports predictions, statistics, tools and educational content for information and entertainment. We are not a sportsbook: we don’t accept, place or settle bets, and we don’t hold your money.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (and of legal betting age where you live if you choose to bet). You’re responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
3. No guarantees
Predictions, win chances, expected values, records and trends are estimates based on data and models that can be wrong, delayed or incomplete. Past results don’t guarantee future results. Any bet you make is your own decision and at your own risk. Nothing on SlipHound is financial, legal or professional advice.
4. Accounts
Keep your login private and give accurate information. One person per account. We may pause or close accounts that are shared, abused, used to scrape or resell our content, or that break these terms.
5. Membership
Paid plans, pricing, terms and refunds are covered by the membership terms, which are part of these terms.
6. Our content
The site, models, predictions and write-ups belong to SlipHound. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Don’t copy, republish, resell or redistribute member-only content, or use bots to collect it. The public record dataset may be shared with credit to SlipHound.
7. Third parties
We show odds and link to sportsbooks and other sites we don’t control. Their terms and prices apply, and odds can change at any time — always confirm at the sportsbook before betting.
8. Limitation of liability
SlipHound is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, SlipHound isn’t liable for betting losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and continued use means you accept the update.
